3V Tech s.r.o., with its registered office at U Školky 40, 533 75 Dolní Ředice, Company ID: 25938291, VAT No.: CZ25938291, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, Insert 16125 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the “GDPR”).

What Personal Data Do We Process?

The Controller processes the following data:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Telephone number (if provided)
• Message content submitted via the contact form
• Cookies and online identifiers (IP address, website behavior data)

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Responding to inquiries sent via the contact form
• Communication with customers, business partners, and service inquiries
• Website traffic and user behavior analysis (e.g., via Google Analytics 4)

Legal Basis for Processing

• Legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – communication, necessary cookies
• Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)

Data Retention Period

• For the time necessary to resolve the inquiry, but no longer than 1 year from the last communication
• In case of cookie consent – for 2 years or until consent is withdrawn
• Analytical data (GA4) – 14 months

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

Personal data may be shared with:

• IT service providers (hosting, email, website security)
• Provider of the analytics tool (Google Ireland Limited – Google Analytics 4)
• Public authorities if required by law

When Google Analytics is used, personal data may be transferred outside the European Union. Such transfers take place in accordance with the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

3V Tech uses cookies and similar technologies on its website for basic functionality and analytics. We divide them into the following categories:

1. Necessary cookies:
   They are necessary for the operation and security of the website and cannot be switched off (e.g. cfuvid from Cloudflare, valid until the browser is closed).
2. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
   Cookies provided by Google Analytics to collect aggregated traffic statistics, recognise unique users and track interactions with the website. The cookies (ga, _ga_T3S3B6FCR4) are valid for up to 2 years; data in Google Analytics 4 is retained for 14 months.
3. Marketing cookies
   We do not currently use any.
4. Google tag manager
   It does not store its own cookies; it is used to manage and fire other tags (e.g. analytics tags) without changes to the website code.
5. Consent management cookies
   ‍They store your consent preferences for the individual cookie categories (fs-cc, valid for 180 days).
